Through continued training (including an on-going advanced level Vinyasa Flow training with FLY International), I have developed an enthusiastic, informed and nurturing approach to teaching. I truly love it and every day as my learning grows, I am inspired further by other students and teachers alike.

My classes are focused on mindfulness and encourage relaxation in good measure - but also have a dynamic, energetic flow and always include the opportunity to dive deeper into poses to improve strength and flexibility over time.  Although I pre-dominantly teach a dynamic Vinyasa flow style, I take inspiration from many different yoga traditions including Ashtanga, Yin and Iyengar. My training has provided me with a focused, creative and intelligent flow style, with an emphasis on alignment, form and safety.

I believe in leading with warmth and encouragement – teaching with creative language, playful sequencing and smiles always!

Hi, I'm Kerry.

I’ve been practicing Pilates and yoga for 10 years and like for many people, it was recommended to me by a physio to manage lower back pain caused by degeneration and slipped discs. As a result of dedication to the Pilates method I was able to build strong postural muscles to support my spine.

I love movement and very rarely do I sit still so a stressful job in technology was no longer for me. It just made sense to transition into a Pilates teacher (level 3 mat and reformer certified) and help others develop a keen sense of body awareness and build strength from the inside out.

I love the precision, control and mind-body connection of the Pilates method and how after only five sessions you can start to notice a difference in your boding and constantly working on improving ay. When I’m not teaching I am learnnd deepening my own practice.

I’d love to help you find your stronger, healthier, happier body.
