The Kids Yoga classes are both playful and peaceful and help children build physical strength and flexibility while exploring breathing and meditation techniques to help improve focus, concentration and relaxation. Children are encouraged to cultivate body awareness, self esteem and compassion through yoga poses, stories, themes activities, partner poses, fun games, affirmations and crafts.
SUITABLE FOR 6 - 11 YEARS OF AGE
Teen Yoga classes will focus brining the mind and body into alignment. The classes will cover a range of postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and even group or partner yoga. Each week we will focus on a different topic and work together as a group to build strength, flexibility but also enjoy some time to be slow and unwind.
SUITABLE FOR AGES 12-15 YEARS OLD
5 packs are valid for 5 consecutive weeks and run much like school terms.
