NEW TO TOTAL CHI?
Our classes are designed to suit every body and everybody - whether you’re fit as a fiddle or if you’re trying yoga or Pilates for the first time.
The small class size – 8 for matwork and 5 students for reformer ensures a safe space for practice and offers our students a shared private experience.
The wide choice of class styles and variety ensures that there is an appropriate class for everyone.
If you have never attended a yoga or reformer class before we ask that you first join the specialized Beginners Classes.
After 1-2 classes, it would be suitable for you to move onto any class marked with a B on the schedule, or the open level classes marked as O. You are of course always welcome to come back to beginner’s classes to refresh your practice.
We have separate male and female changing facilities with keyless lockers available. Our spacious and luxurious changing rooms offer shower facilities, a full range of Malin + Goetz showering products, complimentary towel selection, and hair + vanity stations.
All our mats and props are available to use free of charge. We offer Manduka PRO mats and anti-slip mats and towels suitable for warm classes. But should you wish, you could of course bring your own. All used mats are wiped down and naturally sanitised after each class.
We offer complimentary filtered water, and offer bottled water to purchase at our juice bar.
The minimum age to participate in classes in adult classes is 16 years. Anyone under 18 years old will require to submit a parental/legal guardian consent form.
PRE + POST NATAL
We also offer a variety of pre-natal classes however it is recommended that you do not practice in your first trimester.
Once you have your doctor’s approval we have designated pregnancy classes, and pregnancy and reformer classes taught be pre/post-natal trained instructors. These classes are marked with a P on our schedule handout – please advise your teacher if you are pregnant.
For students who have never practiced before, we do not recommend you begin a new activity during your pregnancy unless otherwise advised. For your return to exercise, we advise you wait a minimum of 6 weeks following a natural birth and 10-12 weeks post C-section.
Yoga is recommended from an early age! Our Mommy + Baby class is suitable from 6-8 weeks (after your doctor’s sign off) until crawling. Our Family Yoga class is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to play and bond naturally and mindfully through movement. In this 45min interactive class, families will discover the benefits and joy of practicing yoga together. Suitable for toddlers to aged 6 years.
We offer two types of Kids Yoga classes for children 6 – 13 years old. Parents can choose to be present, wait in the chill out area, or to even take a class in the studio next door.

INJURY + REHABILITON
Many of our classes are suited for rehabilitation and injury. If you have an injury please indicate so on the ParQ-form that you will be asked to complete before your first. We also request you make your teacher aware of your injury. Depending on the injury, most classes can still be attended. Please email us with any specific concerns.
WAIT LIST + CANCELLATIONS
If the class you’re wishing to join is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. You’ll be automatically added to the class if someone cancels - and an email alert will be sent to you.
Please note that if you do not confirm your booking there is a chance that your place will be given away.
We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Bookings can be cancelled online, via the Mindbody app or by email as long as it’s not within 12hrs of the scheduled class start time.Private sessions require 24-hour cancellation notice. Refunds are not available.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class and sign in on the iPad located on the wall. If you arrive late your space may be given away or you may be denied entry to the class resulting in a loss of credit.
We ask that new students arrive at least 20 minutes before their first class and fill out a brief ParQ form. After which you can make your way to our comfortable changing rooms to leave your personal belongings in our keyless lockers and settle into the chill out area to wait for your class to start.If the yoga studio is not in use please make your way in should you wish to.
For reformer classes, we ask that you wait for the teacher to call you in.
BUYING + BOOKING CLASSES
We offer a drop-in option and various class bundle packages- or take advantage of our rewarding membership scheme.
Paying an annual member fee unlocks our guaranteed lowest class prices.
To make a booking you’ll need to register, and buy a class credit before you can make a booking. Bookings can be done via the Mind Body App, online, via email or by calling.
Please note that class credits are non-refundable or exchangeable. Due to our small class sizes, we advise you to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please attend at least 1-2 beginner’s classes if you have never taken reformer or mat classes before.
Attending classes that are not suitable for your level may result in you being asked to leave.
