At Total Chi cleanliness is paramount and deep rooted in our core values.  

Our Responsibilities

To ensure the safety of all our staff and clients we have made several changes to help prevent the spread of Covid 19.

- There are several strategically placed touch free sanitising points as well as sanitising hand pumps and wipes in each studio.

- A hands free temperature check has been installed for all staff and clients to use on arrival. Any anomaly in temperature detected will sound an alarm. All staff and teachers will have their temperature checked daily.

- We have installed HEPA air filters throughout the studio and doors and windows will be kept open wherever possible.

- All equipment and studios are sanitised between sessions.

- All touch points are regularly disinfected throughout the day.

- Our shower facilities are temporarily unavailable and we have currently suspended our complimentary towel service. New towels are available for purchase in the retail area.

- We advise that all clients aim to arrive as near to the start time of their session as possible and similarly vacate the premises as soon as their session has ended.

- Feel free to bring your own mat + props if you have them.  Mat towels are also temporarily unavailable.

- Whilst not mandatory, we urge everyone to wear protective face covers when walking around though they are not obligatory during practice.

- If you would prefer that your teacher wear a face covering please let us know before hand or alternatibely ask the teacher.

Your Responsibilities

- If you show any signs of being unwell you must not enter the premises.

- Follow social distancing guidelines.

- Use our temperature check station upon arrival each time you visit the studio.

- Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser dispensers located around the premises before touching any surfaces.

- Please alert the staff if you notice anything that may be a cause for concern.  

ALTHOUGH WE HAVE INTRODUCED NEW SAFETY MEASURES WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE YOUR ABSOLUTE PROTECTION FROM AIRBORNE PATHOGENS. AS SUCH, ANY ACTIVITIES PARTAKEN ON THE PREMISES ARE DONE SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
