A gentle hatha based class.Suitable from 14 weeks until birth. Each class includes yoga sequences specifically adapted for pregnancy and movements to alleviate discomforts and renew energy. Yoga helps you to adapt to your body’s changing needs as well as prepare your for the birth of your baby. You will learn relaxation skills, breathing techniques and movements that support you and your connection with your baby. Classes provide an informal environment in which to chat about any concerns you may have, as well as developing a supportive community of yogi mamas.You don't need to have any previous yoga experience to benefit - suitable for beginners.
