Agi has been awarded with an Active IQ Level 3 in Matwork and Ante and Postnatal Pilates as well as being Yoga Alliance certified. Health and well-being are her passion and with a successful 15 year career in the modelling industry at her side, Agi has had the opportunity to travel across the world and train with many different teachers. As a result she has developed her own unique way of teaching that keeps the entire body fit and healthy. It is her understanding that a healthy body is home to a healthy spirit.
Jacquie has been working with movement her entire life, having started dancing at two years old. She first discovered Pilates during her training and career as a professional dancer. Pilates taught her to work her body with more control, correct alignment and calm concentration and helped keep her free from serious injuries.
A 500 hour qualified yoga teacher, Namita has a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone, drawing influence from a number of yogic traditions and schools. Namita seeks to provide her students a safe environment in which they are invited to deepen their practice and mind-body connection in playful, intelligently sequenced classes.
Yujin began doing Pilates over 10 years ago. Living in hot climates such as California, Hawaii and Singapore, she was always spending as much time as possible outdoors or on the beach. Being active is in her nature. Pilates was the perfect way for her to keep fit and have a healthy and toned body.
Through her own journey to relaxation, Gemma has realised yoga is so much more than a physical practice. The accompaniment of sound, meditation and breath work can be crucial for practitioners to tap into the richness of life simply by unlocking the door to their inner psyche. Yoga offers an opportunity to explore, reflect and observe ourselves, whilst learning to embrace the world fully. By developing a body awareness, through asana practice, and connecting to the layered beings we have become, using meditation and sound, we are able to observe our patterns, reactions and tendencies. Once we develop these skills, we can guide ourselves towards a life of fulfilment.
