CLOUD PILATES

Cloud started practicing pilates as a client back in 2007 due to chronic back pain. Discovering that Pilates strengthened her body, lessened her pain and gave her back the joy of movement, she became hooked, and 10 years later, in 2016, Cloud became a fully qualified Pilates instructor.

Cloud teaches mixed ability classes with a focus on the breath to connect students to the optimum level of their own body movement and mind control. Her classes start off slow and work up to a dynamic, powerful class with suitable modifications along the way to tailor to individual needs, injuries and allow you to work at your own level.Since 2019, she has also been teaching Reformer, and has recently qualified on the Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel.  Before then, and for over 15 years, Cloud was a Global Advertising Director, so she has a good understanding of how the body reacts to long hours in the office.

Now with her Pilates knowledge, she loves to teach movement and help people release any tension and strengthen their body, to withstand all types of environments.
