Payment

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Group Classes:

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to get a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours result in a loss of credit.

Private Sessions:

You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing credit.

If you have not paid for a session in advance, you will be charged for it if a late cancellation occurs.

Extensions

Extensions are not offered for any packs. If you need an extension due to special circumstances, contact Total Chi via email.

Special Offers & Discounts

Offers and discounts can be changed or canceled at any time. They cannot be combined with other offers.

Introductory offers are limited to one per person.

Purchases & Restrictions

All studio purchases are non-refundable any credits or Gift Cards must be used within 12 months.

Dormant accounts (inactive for over 12 months) will be automatically deactivated, any unused credits or positive account balances will be lost.

Memberships cannot be shared, except for children under 16 (who require parental consent for kids' classes).

Mistakes in purchasing should be reported immediately to correct the error.

Collection of Information

Freshii Ltd collects personal information like names and email addresses when you voluntarily submit them. This information is used only for fulfilling your specific request, unless you give consent for other uses (like subscribing to a mailing list).

Distribution of Information

Freshii Ltd may share your information with government agencies or other companies for fraud prevention or investigation purposes. Your information will not be shared for marketing purposes unless authorized.
