PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All Credit Cards will be processed in Great British Pound at the time of payment. Freshii Ltd is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Group Classes - We operate a strict 24 hour Cancellation Policy. Any bookings cancelled by email, or online within the 24 hours will result in a loss of credit. Any bookings cancelled outside of the 24 hours will have the credit automatically returned - cancellations made online or via the Mindbody app outside of the 24 hours will also have the credit returned automatically. If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session. If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received. Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.

Private Session - We operate a strict 48 hour Cancellation Policy. Any bookings cancelled by email, or online within the 48 hours will result in a loss of credit. Any bookings cancelled outside of the 24 hours will have the credit automatically returned - cancellations made online or via the Mindbody app outside of the 24 hours will also have the credit returned automatically. If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session. If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.

EXTENSIONS

Extensions are not offered on any packs and the validity periods are fixed. Should there be any extraordinary reason as to why you would need an extension please email us.

SPECIAL OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

Special offers and discounts can be modified, cancelled or retracted at anytime. Special offers and discounts are not guaranteed and cannot be purchased alongside any other offers or discounts.

PURCHASES, BOOKINGS AND RESTRICTIONS

All purchases are non-exchangeable or refundable. Memberships cannot be shared or exchanged (Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this rule). Should a grave error in purchasing be made please contact the studio immediately so that the transaction may voided prior before it is settled. Settled transactions will be subject to an additional variable fee. Under 16's are not allowed to join adult classes and must provide written consent from their parental / legal guardian before attending kids classes.

PRODUCTS FITNESS EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES

May be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged. Products, which are defective or damaged upon arrival, may be returned immediately for exchange. Some products may need to be shipped directly to the manufacturer. This will be stated on the product package or instruction insert. Should you be unsure if this is the case, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges or refunds. Refunds are only available when an equivalent replacement in unavailable and customer does not wish to exchange for another product.
