If you're looking for a controlled way to exercise you core and strengthen muscles then our reformer classes are perfect for you. The different class styles taught offer a complete body workout. Reformer Pilates is known for its' rehabilitation and full body conditioning. With only 5 students per class you receive plenty of teacher attention ensuring better technique and control.
