Jacquie has been working with movement her entire life, having started dancing at two years old. She first discovered Pilates during her training and career as a professional dancer. Pilates taught her to work her body with more control, correct alignment and calm concentration and helped keep her free from serious injuries. In 2009 Jacquie gained her teaching qualification through Body Control Pilates. Teaching Pilates enables her to help other people understand and have more awareness of their own bodies, whether they are an absolute beginner, working through an injury or looking to have a full body workout whilst working the body in correct alignment with sound movement patterns.
Sophia is a level 3 mat and reformer Pilates instructor, teaching both private 1-1 sessions and group classes. Her qualifications also include small equipment Pilates, pre/postnatal specialist (level 3 active IQ award), Back4Good® practitioner and Pilates for scoliosis specialisms. She is passionate about helping her clients fulfil their health and wellness goals and reach their full potential. She designs her classes to be challenging but achievable. Her teaching style is calm and encouraging. Sophia loves connecting with people and making a difference to their overall wellbeing, both physically and mentally. She loves how Pilates heals and transforms peoples lives.
I am a certified Pilates instructor and I am currently working for different fitness studios and physiotherapy clinics. I have an extensive dance background. I am also a professional dancer and dance teacher. I have recently been working as a dancer and assistant choreographer at the Royal Opera House. I strongly believe that Pilates improves the wellness and quality of life. I am an enthusiastic and passionate teacher and highly motivated to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
Silvia has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years helping people with a friendly and motivational approach, to effectively achieve their goals. She has helped numerous clients to change their physiques, improve posture and self-esteem by giving inspirational fitness solution via Reformer and Matt Pilates that suit each individual’s lifestyle. Silvia has been teaching Reformer and matt Pilates classes in Uk and Spain for over 7 years. Silvia can also help eliminate limited decisions and unwanted eating habits via NLP and Hypnoses Qualification YMCA L3 matt and reformer Pilates diploma YMCA L3 personal trainer and nutrition coach Certificate in art and science of NLP and TLT in American board Of hypnotherapy.
I discovered Pilates in 2012 while living in Shanghai. My previous corporate career involved sitting in the office for long periods of time, which caused problems with my posture, resulting in neck and lower back pain. After my chiropractor recommendation to try Pilates, I instantly fell in love with it and decided to pursue a teaching career in Pilates. I began my journey in 2015 with Polestar training in Shanghai, I eventually certified in 2017 with Balanced Body in Singapore and have been teaching Pilates since then. Since moving back to London in 2023 I have enrolled into a Pilates comprehensive teaching program with Body Control Pilates.
Elisabetta is a certified Pilates instructor with over 8 years of experience leading dynamic group classes on both mat and reformer. Passionate about helping participants build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, Elisabetta’s classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels. With a focus on mindful movement, her sessions aim to improve posture, core stability, and overall well-being in a supportive group environment..
Mimo is a Senior Yoga Teacher and Pilates Instructor. She teaches Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Reformer group classes and private sessions in London. Mimo’s journey as a movement teacher began back home in Lebanon while completing a degree in Psychology. After moving to the UK, Mimo trained with the renowned Body Control Pilates in London gaining her level 3 matwork certification in 2012. Soon after, she qualified as a Yoga teacher, now a Senior teacher with over 600hrs+ of training and holds qualifications in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Children's Yoga. Mimo also holds additional qualifications in Equipment Pilates, Pre & Postnatal Pilates, BarreFloor, Breathwork, and Energy Healing Therapy. Mimo believes movement is therapy and draws from her different training and experience to create her style of teaching.
Cloud started practicing pilates as a client back in 2007 due to chronic back pain. Discovering that Pilates strengthened her body, lessened her pain and gave her back the joy of movement, she became hooked, and 10 years later, in 2016, Cloud became a fully qualified Pilates instructor. Her classes start off slow and work up to a dynamic, powerful class with suitable modifications along the way to tailor to individual needs, injuries and allow you to work at your own level. Since 2019, she has also been teaching Reformer, and has recently qualified on the Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel.
Outgoing and energetic mat work & reformer pilates instructor with a strong ability to teach through verbal cueing and interaction. With 8 years of professional dance work experience within the entertainment industry in the UK and around the world. Totalling over 15 years of experience in teaching dance at all levels and ages. Always been very passionate about movement but also the physical and mental benefits of Pilates. Now feeling very excited and motivated to share this passion with others, with the only goal to help, support and inspire.
I am a Pole Star and Stott qualified Pilates teacher with a background in contemporary dance, movement for actors, Yoga and somatics. I have an ongoing intrest in body and movement and Pilates have always been essential in building and maintaining core strength with good movement habits. I have been teaching mat and reformer classes in UK and Australia for 18 years. I always enjoyed teaching diverse classes, assisting clients to achieve their fitness goals, including ease of movement through good technique and posture. I am also a qualified Craniosacral therapist.
I started to practice Pilates 11 years ago, inspired by mat first Pilates instructor who was a former dancer now in her late 60's. I found her flexibility, strength and elegance so amazing that I decided to become a Pilates instructor. Additionally, with Pilates I find it fascinating what it can do to the body as a low impact, joint friendly physical fitness. My focus tends to be on connecting breath with movement to strengthen the core, support the spine, and bring attention to the mind. I completed my training with Balance Body and Stott KX One in London. I have been teaching for 3 years and I look forward to many more.
Kylie's passion for movement has continued through her years at college and university studying contemporary dance and musical theatre, eventually leading her to pursue a career in fitness. She has been teaching a combination of group and private Pilates classes in and around London for over 10 years with a welcoming and positive attitude. She will identify and meet the needs of her clients by encouraging them to achieve their personal fitness goals with enjoyable exercise. Her devotion, enthusiasm and understanding of the human body and movement to it's full capabilities make Kylie perfect for Pilates.
Big human lover, addicted to movement and healing. I am absolutely devoted to helping people find themselves again through movement and mentoring. Having livec through major life losses, I found that my biggest potential in this life is to make others happy. True epicurean who loves animals and fashion. A firm believer in movement as a healing process, both of the body and mind. Devoted to helping people enjoy their bodies back again. Outside Pilates, I am true life lover: animals, style, restaurants, trips. A devoted mom of a little girl. All up for these precious, loving moments. Especially pain free.
Scarlet has a professional dance and theatre background. She discovered reformer Pilates whilst rehabilitating injuries throughout her career and now takes a clinical but holistic approach to Pilates, hoping to help people find ease within movement. Scarlets classes are full of creative routines that cater to each individual and of course, some good tunes!
